Information for our guests
Resort is open for RV Stays and Cottage Guests beginning March 15, 2024. Please call 800-446-2573 for more info.
Dogs are allowed in the RV park but are not allowed in the Cottages. Thank you!
You are welcome to stop into the Office or Bar upon your arrival. We are always happy to visit with our guests and answer any questions. However, for RV Site reservation holders, your check-in and check-out process can be EXPRESS for your convenience. You may go directly to your RV Site.
Also, all reservation holders need to have a current credit card on file and it will be run for the remaining balance, 2-3 days before your day of arrival. If you did a deposit for another person, we must have all of their information and their credit card on file. No Drive Up stays are allowed.
Your RV must have your own restroom, shower and appliances. Bathhouse is closed. The bathhouse remains closed as its operation leads to vandalism, disruption of nearby sites, trespassing from off property campers and a variety of other problems. Thank you for your understanding. Bathrooms are located throughout the Resort property.
You are responsible for placing your own garbage in the commercial dumpsters provided.
One electrical hook up per RV site, only.
The WiFi password is: WRRGuest.
All OHV riders must ride responsibly. Do not take unnecessary risks which may result in potential rescue. NO NIGHT RIDING ALLOWED (we are participating in a Keep SV Safe program which mandates no night riding).
The Bar is open Thurdays – Sundays beginning March 15th, 2024. We open at 3:00pm. Bar is open Saturdays at 11:00am. Bar is open to the Public.
The office is staffed Thursdays – Mondays, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You may call the Resort numbers for assistance. Numbers are posted outside the Office.
The Pool and Hot Tub are closed for the Winter season and will re-open May 15, 2024.
No outside visitors allowed in the Resort without a registered guest. You must sign in at the Office first. Charges apply. No day use, except for the bar and sporting clays.
Sporting Clays and the Five Stand are open Thursdays thru Sundays 9:00am – 7:00pm. Open to the Public! Please call ahead.
The Laundry room will be open Thursdays – Sundays.
Horseshoes and Desert Golf are available, you may borrow the Resort’s equipment.
There will be propane services available Fridays – Sundays at 1:30 – 2:30 pm.
Swimming Pool Guidelines
No glass allowed in the pool area.
No dogs allowed in the pool area.
No overly large rafts allowed in the pool.
WRR Registered guests only.
Pool and Hot Tub are closed for the Winter season and will reopen May 15th, 2024.
Reservation Guidelines
New Reservations: You are choosing or have chosen to make reservations with Walker River Resort. If the Resort is unable to host your stay, your reservation will be shifted to a future date. You may select other dates to accommodate your schedule. New dates may be between April 1st and November 1st of 2025. Please call with any questions or concerns.
Sporting Clay Guidelines
If you would like to shoot Sporting Clays or 5-Stand, you can call for an appointment. You may shoot between 9:00am and 7:00pm Thursday thru Monday. Open to the Public! Please call (800) 446-2573 or (775) 465-2573. We will need a list of everyone going out to shoot, and everyone must have a waiver on file. We will need to have one credit card on file, which will be charged for the total amount. It is $.45 per clay target.
When you are finished shooting, please put the counter back in the bag provided (prevents over counting) and return it to the office or bar.
If you have any broken targets, please let us know and they will be taken off the total amount.
You must be off the course by sundown. Please close the gate behind you.
You may take your side by side or quad to shoot. No dirt bikes are allowed at the Sporting Clays. You must stay on the road, and drive slowly.
