Reservation Guidelines

New Reservations:  You are choosing or have chosen to make reservations with Walker River Resort during uncertain times and the Resort’s cancellation policies have changed.  Your dates of stay may be changed due to Covid-19 restrictions. If the Resort is unable to host your stay, your reservation will be shifted to similar dates in 2022. You may select other dates to accommodate your schedule. New dates may be between the Resort’s re-opening date and November  1st of 2022. Please note: Deposits cannot be refunded and reservations may only be rescheduled or your deposit forfeited. This policy supersedes all previous cancellation policies. Please call with any questions or concerns.

Sporting Clay Guidelines

If you would like to shoot Sporting Clays or 5-Stand, you can call for an appointment. You may shoot between 9:00am and 7:00pm Thursday thru Sunday.  Please call (800) 446-2573 or (775) 465-2573.  We will need a list of everyone going down to shoot, and everyone must have a waiver on file. We will need to have one credit card on file, which will be charged for the total amount.  It is $.40 per clay target.

Also, appointments may be made in advance of the day you want to shoot.  The counter must be picked up the day you make the appointment.  You may go out to shoot as early as  8:00am.

We will set your assigned counter along with scorecards in the signed waiver box, and leave you any waivers that may need to be signed.  Please sign them before going down to the courses, and leave them in the waiver box.

When you are finished shooting, please put the counter back in the bag provided (prevents over counting) and return to the waiver box.

If you have any broken targets, please put a note with the counter, and they will be taken off the total amount.

You must be off the course by sundown.  Please close the gate behind you.

You may take your side by side or quad down to shoot.  You must stay on the road, and drive slowly.
