These large units feature vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, private patios
and lawns along with briquette barbecues, outdoor furniture and shade trees.
Each cottage can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a full kitchen with
dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, oven, etc. and full
bathroom in every unit. Linens and bath towels are provided.
Please bring beach towels for the river, pool or hot tub. Beds consist
of one queen size, one queen hide-a-bed, and two twins. The queen size and
two twin are located in the back bedroom, the queen hide-a-bed is in the
living room. Cottages do not have TVs.

Pool and hot tub are open mid-May through mid-September.
The pool is heated. The hot tub is available to guests 18 years and
older. Hours are 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday - Thursday.
Hours are 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM Friday - Saturday. The General Store and Laundry Room are available year around, seven days a
week from April 1st through October 31st. Limited hours during the
winter season. The General Store carries a variety of groceries and
sundries including candy, novelty ice cream, chips and dip, sodas,
beer and wine, ice, milk, eggs, butter, charcoal, lighter fluid, etc.
The closest supermarkets are located in Gardnerville, NV (35 miles) and
Yerington, NV (22 miles). The Laundry Room has eight washing machines
and eight dryers. Change is available in the Store and Lounge.

Reservation Policy: Cottage/RV reservations are made to best accommodate the size and needs of your party.A 50% deposit is required by either credit card at the time of reservation or within 7 business days by check.Once the 50% deposit has been secured, a confirmation letter
or email is sent confirming your reservation.It is incumbent up the guest to make any cancellations or changes in the appropriate time frame.Sorry, no single occupancy rates available for the cottages.Prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to a 6% LyonCounty room and RV tax.

RV Cancellation
Policy: We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $10.00
service charge per RV site booked if we are notified prior to 7 days in
advance of any cancellation or change in reservation. 14 day
notification required for all holiday/special events and group reservations.
Shorter notice will result in the cottage/RV rate being charged for the
entire visit if not fully re-rented. Cancellations due to weather
and/or road closures are not refundable.
Cottage Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $20.00 service charge per cottage booked if we are notified prior to two weeks
(14 days) in advance of any cancellation or change in reservation; 30 day notification required on all holiday/special events and group reservations.Shorter notice will result in the cottage rate being charged for the entire visit, if not fully re-rented.Cancellations due to weather and/or road closures are not refundable.
Hudson House Rental Schedule for Groups
The riverside clubhouse, “Hudson House”, is available to groups for private gatherings such as weddings, company picnics, birthday parties and family reunions.A large manicured lawn area along the
West Walker River with many large shady cottonwood trees surround this lovely spacious clubhouse.A full kitchen facility along with indoor and outdoor seating makes this a wonderful choice for any special day.Contact the office for more information, amenities, and reservations.

Five Stand Shooting
27 Sporting Clays Stations set amongst natural sage, bitter brush, and willows.Abutted on the north side by rolling hills and ravines and to the south flows the WestWalkerRiver. Lattice shooting cages, redwood gun racks, and benches throughout the course with highly visible and diverse target presentation.The stations are fully automatic.Shooters may walk or drive the course.

WalkerRiver Hunting Preserve
(October - February)
The WestWalkerRiver winds through the property creating an oasis for wildlife and challenging, natural hunting cover for Chukar and Pheasant. Hunting at Walker River Resort can accommodate all levels of experience, ages, and situations. Guides with dogs, bird cleaning, and ammo are available. At least 24 hours advance notice is required to schedule a hunt.

Fly Fishing
Catch and release fly fishing is available at no extra charge along a one-mile section within the Resort property for all registered guests.This portion of the WestWalkerRiver is situated between the bridge on Hudson Way to the arena downstream.
Closed to fishing from 1977 to 1999, an exclusive four-mile section of the WestWalkerRiver is now available to guests.An excellent fishery of native Rainbow and German Brown trout inhabit this unique stream.Limited to a maximum of four fishermen per day, anglers may purchase one day passes at the office.Fees are $100.00 per rod for a full day or $50.00 per rod for a half day.Fishing is strictly catch and release.
